- Our mistake, or faulty: if your stickers are wrong because of our error, or faulty, we’ll reprint them free or refund you. Email a photo to info@titangraphics.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged in the post: tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We’ll reprint them free.
- Custom and personalised stickers: these are made to your approved proof, so they can’t be returned unless faulty or wrong because of our error. Please check your proof carefully.
- Standard catalogue stickers bought as a consumer: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Return the stickers unused and still on their backing, and we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving them. You pay the return postage unless they’re faulty.
This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
