At Titan Graphics, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with the decals and graphics you receive from us. If you encounter any issues with your order, simply fill out our returns form, and we’ll get things sorted quickly.

Here’s how you can help us resolve your concern as efficiently as possible:

  • Include your order number so we can quickly locate your order details.
  • Send a photo of the issue, along with a brief description, so we can immediately understand what went wrong.

Most of our products are custom-made, which means we can only accept returns in cases where there is a clear quality issue. Custom products cannot be returned simply because they are no longer required or if they don’t suit your needs.

If the decal isn’t suitable for your intended application, we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution. Every order is produced with strict quality control in place, but we know that conditions on-site can vary. We provide sample products to ensure you’re confident in your choice before placing a larger order. However, we cannot be responsible if the product isn’t applied correctly or if it isn’t fit for your specific situation without prior testing. That said, we are committed to helping you find the best way forward.

In the event that your order requires a replacement due to a quality issue, we’ll prioritise it and aim to have your replacement sent within 5 working days. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original order, which we’ll cover the cost for.
