A worn sticker can be redrawn if the photo shows the letters and the size. A dark thumb from across the yard cannot.
Take the photo
Stand square to the sticker. Fill the frame with it. Use daylight or a lamp, not the flash bouncing off laminate. If the sticker is on a curve, take a second photo from the other side so letters at the edge are readable. Include a ruler, a tape, or a known dimension in the same shot.
Wipe dust off first so you are not photographing grime. If a corner is missing, say so in the note. Do not guess the missing letters in the email and also leave them unclear in the photo. Type the words you want, and let the photo show the layout.
What happens next
We redraw from what you send and you approve a proof before print. We do not invent a phone number that we cannot read. If the sticker is a thorough examination date, send the date from the current report, not from a peeled label that may be years old. Custom redraws are quoted. They are not same-day catalogue stickers.
Photograph the whole sticker and a close-up of any line you care about. If there are two stickers on the panel, say which one you want matched. Include the edges so we can see the shape. A crop that cuts off the last letters will come back as a question, not as a guess. Name the machine in the email so the redraw is filed against the right asset. Two photos of two different stickers in one message, with no note, It will be queried before anyone draws. One sticker per message is faster than a folder of unnamed photos. Name the asset in the subject line so the redraw is filed on the right machine.
