Terms of Sale

Who we are: Titan Graphics is run by a UK sole trader. Email: info@titangraphics.co.uk
Prices: prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged as shown on the Delivery page.
Orders: your order is accepted when we email to confirm it. Custom orders are accepted when you approve the proof.
Proofs: please check spelling, numbers, sizes and colours on your proof. Once you approve it, we print exactly what’s on the proof.
Your artwork: you confirm you have the right to use any logo, name or artwork you send us. We may refuse artwork that copies another company’s trade mark without permission.
Safety and technical information: we print the wording and figures you supply or approve. You are responsible for checking that the information is correct for your equipment. A sticker is not an inspection or a written examination report.
Material life: material life depends on the surface, environment and use. Any figures we give are guides, not guarantees.
Delivery: see the Delivery and Lead Times pages. Dispatch times are estimates.
Returns and faulty goods: see Returns and Reprints.
Liability: we’re not liable for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee, or for business losses such as lost profit. Our liability is limited to the price of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
