Lead time is how long it takes us to make your order before it gets posted. Your total wait time is production time plus delivery time.
In-stock products are usually dispatched the same working day or next working day, depending on the time the order is placed.
Orders placed before our daily cut-off, Monday to Friday, may be posted the same day where possible. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will start from the next working day.
Stock items are clearly marked on the product page.
Larger orders or jobs requiring specialist materials may take longer.
This can include unusual vinyls, specific laminate finishes, larger quantities, or more complex production requirements.
We will confirm the expected lead time at the quote stage. If you are working to a deadline, please tell us before ordering.
These are realistic estimates, not fixed guarantees. Production time depends on artwork approval, proofing, material availability, lamination, cutting, order size and current workload. Delivery time is counted from dispatch.
Most orders move quickly, especially when artwork is ready and the job is straightforward.
Lead times can vary if artwork needs adjusting, a proof needs approving, lamination is required, specialist materials are needed, or the order is larger than usual.
If we think your order may take longer than expected, we will let you know before production starts.
If your order is likely to fall outside the quoted lead time, we will contact you by email or phone.
You will know where your order stands and can make a decision if the new timing does not work for you.
All lead times are based on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays start from the next working day.
If you have a genuine deadline, contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is realistically possible.
